Risk

What contracts handle and what remains.

Handled by contracts

  • Core contracts are non-upgradeable with no admin.
  • Floor raises must pass solvency checks.
  • Borrowing uses floor value only — no liquidation chain.
  • LP Vault can collect fees but cannot move or destroy LP.

What remains

  • A token may trade near the floor for a long time if there is no demand.
  • Graduation requires someone to call graduate(); timing is not guaranteed.
  • BSC-USD-backed markets inherit USDT issuer risk.
  • Early public buys carry MEV risk.
  • Large trades can hit slippage or reverts.
  • After graduation, support is a V3 buy wall. External prices can temporarily dip below it.
  • Long-lived unrepaid loans reduce liquidity turnover.
